Are all courses, Free?

True, all current & future course will be FREE for any FG employee.

Why to use this LMS while i can go to the free course directly?

I can get my certificate on my own.

You can, but unfortunately neither your line manager or us will be able to know about your achievements and accordingly won't reflect in your appraisal.

Is this LMS available to all FG employees?

True, this is our Learning Management System for a better experience for our FG employees and it is exclusive for internal use only.

Can I change my account name?

Please Don't, as we have created a unique user for each FG-Learner which will help us in the reporting process. changing your name may cause losing your achievements.

All courses are free already, would you provide paid courses? if yes, would still be free?

Yes, we will provide paid courses and it will be free too. As a starter we managed to bring few recommended courses by our Managers to cover few known skill gaps within our FG. However we have already bought (paid) courses and will be uploaded under the designated category (New Release Courses) also for Free.

Can i include it in my learned hours?

Yes you can, we definitely empower learning through any channel so we can include whatever course you are taking in your plan and consider the learning hours as well.
